- Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team.
- Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care.

Start in Med-Surg and then cross train to Obstetrics (Mom/Baby) and the Emergency Room.
Also have the opportunity to train to be a nursing supervisor or charge nurse.

Schedule
- Fulltime | 60 hours per two weeks
Rotation Day/Night, 12-hour shifts | Includes every 3 rd weekend and rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits
Pay based on experience and degree | Full Pay range: $39.87 - $59.66 per hour
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $39.87 per hour
Bachelors in nursing starting at $40.26 per hour
Earn extra pay for working these shifts!
Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts
Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts
$3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire.
Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families, and community resources.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls, Morton, and other communities near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. It’s one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!
