About this role
Split Rock Nursing is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, proven leadership ability, and a passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting.
Schedule
12.5-hour shifts
Weekend and overnight availability required
Responsibilities
Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
Respond promptly to resident needs and clinical concerns.
Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee shift operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical issues during assigned shifts.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Current RN license in New York State.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Long-Term Care facility.
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
