We are looking for Field RNs that share our love for patient care. Job
Summary
Performs in an independent capacity. Provides direct and indirect patient care and coordinates patient care. Supervises the LVN and Home Health Aide. Manages the overall treatment of assigned patients. Maintains communication with patient, family, and physician.
Essential Functions
Utilizes the nursing process to evaluation patients and plan, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Regularly reevaluates the patient's needs, initiates any revision of the plan of care as needed to assure optimum patient care. Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Carries out physician orders. Skillfully performs hands-on techniques and treatments necessary for safe patient care in accordance with professional standards.
