WVUHS Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. Available Shifts: Weekend RN (Premium Pay): 12 Hour Saturday/Sunday and 12hr Shift through the Week 8a-830p.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and case management to home health patients; Conduct assessments, manage medications, and update individualized care plans; Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members; Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care techniques; Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
