Requirements
- RN with current licensure in Maine
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related field
- Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare guidelines, and clinical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills
- BLS/CPR certification required
