Registered Nurse

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in resident condition

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during your shift

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with CMS regulations and facility policies

• Participate in care planning, QAPI initiatives, and infection prevention practices

• Help create a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Nevada

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to lead a team and support fellow caregivers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience withPoint Click Care systems preferred
