What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during your shift
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with CMS regulations and facility policies
- Participate in care planning, QAPI initiatives, and infection prevention practices
- Help create a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Nevada
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead a team and support fellow caregivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience withPoint Click Care systems preferred
