Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership and exceptional resident care within their skilled nursing community. The Charge Nurse oversees nursing services during assigned shifts, supervises caregiving teams, and ensures residents' needs are met with professionalism, compassion, and compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred
- Lift up to 25 lbs. and assist with resident transfers as needed
- Push, pull, and maneuver up to 100 lbs., including resident mobility assistance 350 lbs
