Hospice & Palliative Care Administrator. The Administrator serves as the executive leader responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, strategic direction, and daily operations of the hospice and community-based palliative care programs. Ensures the organization delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal Medicare Conditions of Participation, California Title 22 regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Reports directly to the Governing Body and works collaboratively with the Director of Patient Care Services, Medical Director, Compliance Officer, Finance, Human Resources, and interdisciplinary team leadership.

Requirements
- RN License (preferred but not required)
- California Title 22 Hospice Administrator qualification (required)
- CHPCA (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration (healthcare emphasis), or another health-related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of full-time supervisory or management experience within the past five (5) years in Hospice, Home Health Agency, Primary Care Clinic, or Licensed Health Facility
- Five or more years of progressive healthcare leadership preferred
- RN License
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred but not required
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) preferred
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, MSN, or related field preferred
