About this role
Hospice & Palliative Care Administrator. The Administrator serves as the executive leader responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, strategic direction, and daily operations of the hospice and community-based palliative care programs. Ensures the organization delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal Medicare Conditions of Participation, California Title 22 regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Reports directly to the Governing Body and works collaboratively with the Director of Patient Care Services, Medical Director, Compliance Officer, Finance, Human Resources, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
