Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proven experience in diverse clinical environments, especially the hospital setting
- Strong skills in medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems (familiarity with ICD-10 coding is a plus)
- Proficiency in performing advanced procedures such as IV insertion, phlebotomy, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and sterile technique
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges
