The Manager of Educational Services is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of MedFlight's clinical education, orientation, competency validation, and professional development programs. Reporting to the Director of Clinical and Quality Services, this position ensures educational programs support organizational goals, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and evidence-based clinical practice. The Manager oversees Education Coordinators, Clinical Instructors, Field Training Officers, and Preceptors while maintaining an active clinical presence to support education, competency, and operational effectiveness.
