Nurse Unit Manager RN

Spring Meadows A Villa Center is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to join their team! The Nurse Unit Manager RN primary purpose is to manage the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. To ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Ensure nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Duties include managing nursing staff, scheduling breaks, writing performance reviews, enforcing policies, meeting with administration and medical staff, developing care standards, making rounds, performing administrative duties, providing direct nursing care, and documenting data per Medicare/Medicaid standards.
