*CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description:*
- Provide direct patient care and continuous observation for individuals in acute mental health and substance use crises
- Monitor, document, and report behavioral changes, safety risks, and patient status to nursing staff
- Utilize verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques to maintain a safe therapeutic environment
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, meals, and basic needs
- Support milieu management, including facilitating groups and maintaining structure on the unit
- Participate in team-based interventions, including 1:1 observation and physical interventions/restraints as needed

- 18+ months working in a Mental Health Behavioral Health Tech or Psychiatric setting.
- Resume highlighting Mental Health, Behavioral Health experience.
- Ability to provide 2-3 professional references related to this position.

- BLS
- Clean background check and Drug Screen results upon hire.
