Meadowbrook of Naperville is now hiring a Restorative Nurse to join our team. The Restorative Nurse (RN/LPN) will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of the Restorative Nursing Program in the facility. They act as the liaison between formalized therapy and nursing. This position works closely with the restorative aides, nurses and floor CNAs to ensure that the restorative plan of care is being followed.

Requirements

  • Active and unencumbered Illinois RN/LPN License
  • Completion of a Rehabilitation/Restorative Nursing course approved by state of Illinois – Restorative Certified
  • Active and unencumbered Illinois RN/LPN License required
  • Completion of a Rehabilitation/Restorative Nursing course, approved by state of Illinois – Restorative Certified
  • Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
