Details
Work in a 9-bed Pediatric ICU within a hospital setting
Patient ratios of 1 RN to 1-2 patients in PICU and 1 RN to 2-3 patients in Stepdown
Shift runs 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
Must work 3 weekends within a 6-week schedule
Float to Peds and NICU units as needed
Documentation completed in Cerner
Uses Alaris pumps for infusion management
Self-scheduling available
Unit staffed with a HUC 9AM-9PM and a tech shared with PICU
Requirements
Active RN license (NC or Compact)
Current PALS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent PICU experience required
