- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois
- RN License
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois
- Bachelor degree in nursing or health related field
- 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in a health care field OR 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in a health care field
- Five years of work experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Current ACLS/BLS/CPR and other required unit specific certifications
- Two years of quality leadership required
- Approved nursing certification required within 6 months of hire
- Master's Degree preferred in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Business
