Huntington sits along the Ohio River where West Virginia meets Ohio and Kentucky, anchoring a tri-state metro. Home to Marshall University, it blends college-town energy with Appalachian river-town charm. The historic Guyandotte neighborhood and Ritter Park offer quieter residential pockets for nurses seeking a mid-sized, navigable city.
