Essential Job
Duties
Conducts physical exams using common assessment skills in a systematic manner. Collaborates on care plans and assists physician with special procedures. Provides patient education to promote self-care and independence. Demonstrates job knowledge, follows company policies and protocols. Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
LPN Details
Qualifications for LPN Applicants
Graduate from a one-year Practical Nursing Program. Currently registered with the Indiana State Board of Nurses Registration and Nursing Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse. BLS certification. Previous LPN experience preferred.
