In this overnight role, you will provide hands-on nursing care and clinical oversight for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our nursing team plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care while maintaining dignity and independence.

Position summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of the clinical team and provides nursing care and medication management to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.

In this role, you will support resident health and wellbeing through assessments, care plan implementation, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Key responsibilities

Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.

Monitor resident health status and communicate changes to the Health and Wellness Director or physician.

Assist with resident assessments and care planning.

Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and resident care.

Support caregivers and care staff in delivering high-quality resident care.

Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia.

Experience working in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred.

Strong knowledge of medication administration and resident care documentation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with seniors.

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced care environment.
