This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in performance measurement and strive to meet established targets. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Experience/Qualifications Current LPN licensure in the state of employment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in providing direct patient care in a clinical setting. Ability to engage patients and families in health education. Strong understanding of medication administration and monitoring patient responses. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Willingness to monitor vital signs and report changes promptly. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate patient records. Experience in assisting with daily living activities for patient comfort. What's in it for you?
