Summary
This position involves partnering with nurse leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing student programs and initiatives that support clinical leadership and practice readiness.
Responsibilities
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing leadership to ensure program success and sustainability. Assist in developing "ready-to-work" programs to enhance patient care experience and increase nursing hires. Lead the adoption of new care modalities and evidence-based practices within nursing teams. Collaborate with Nurse Executives on strategic initiatives and identify best practices for dissemination. Evaluate program effectiveness, report outcomes, and align activities with academic health center goals. Support leadership in implementing clinical competencies and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN licensure with multistate recognition. At least five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge. Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership practices, LEAN, and CAP methodologies. Strong data management and communication skills.
