Wound Care RN-Part-Time, Prairie Star Location

Responsible for providing direct patient care and coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for patients. This position administers, supervises, and coordinates the nursing process in the provision of care. This role strives to maintain and improve patient outcomes through effective nursing practices.

In addition, this position works within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, established policies, protocols, and procedures. Additionally, this role utilizes pertinent references as guidelines for clinical practice. Responsibilities for this role include providing patient care, coordinating treatment efforts, administering nursing processes, maintaining patient outcomes, and adhering to regulatory standards.
