Performance responsibilities and standards
This position focuses on in-home support services for clients in our community. They may be impacted by aging, have had recent medical changes requiring care, or may live with a disability. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve every time they work a shift. We even offer a training program to get you started on how to be the best caregiver you can be if you’ve never worked in the field before. Anyone and everyone can make a difference. We can help you get started.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
Provide Companionship through Activities
Provide Transportation Support (such as activities or appointments)
Assist with the Activities of Daily Living
Provide Meal Plan/Prep Support
Monitor Client for Change in Condition
Provide Support with Medication
Support with Housekeeping
Requirements &
Qualifications
Both written and spoken English language proficiency required
High School Diploma / Equivalent required
A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and must be willing to transport clients
Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR Ability to complete online and in person coursework
First Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided)
