Role Description The Registered Nurse role at Boulevard Rehabilitation Center is a full-time, on-site position based in Boynton Beach, FL.

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating individualized care plans. This role involves collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to support rehabilitation goals, document patient progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. The Registered Nurse will educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes, respond to changes in patient condition, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

The position also includes supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other care staff to maintain a safe, respectful, and effective care environment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida and graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred).
