RN Director, Critical Care Whitefish

Logan Health Whitefish is seeking a dynamic RN Director of Critical Care to shape the future of emergency and specialized care services. The role holds direct accountability for the day-to-day success of the Emergency Department, Special Care Unit (SCU), and Seasonal Clinics. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, EPIC EHR system optimization, ensuring seamless patient care coordination, maintaining compliance with accrediting and licensing agencies, data-driven quality improvement using Lean methodologies, team empowerment and leadership, supervising and mentoring Administrative and Clinic Supervisors, and leading recruitment and retention of clinical talent.
