We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Med/Surg contract in Tuba City, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting while working with a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an acute care Med/Surg unit.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the Allscripts EMR system.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
