Schedule
- 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

*Responsibilities*
- Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations of the home health agency
- Support compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff
- Ensure timely completion of OASIS, recertifications, and physician orders
- Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory readiness activities
- Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Assist with staff education, training, and competency evaluations
*Qualifications*
- Current Texas RN license in good standing
- Previous home health experience required
- Strong understanding of Medicare home health regulations
- Experience with OASIS, Plans of Care, Recertifications, and Quality Assurance
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
