Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- RAC-CT Certification required
- Previous experience with MDS coordination, RAI processes, and long-term care preferred
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Long term care experience
- Quality assurance experience within healthcare
- Revenue cycle management experience
