Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator – Long Term Care Unit. Full Time position at Boulder City Hospital in Boulder City, NV. The role involves overseeing and managing quality care measures for residents and staff, including workflow assessments for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), electronic submission of RAI data to the State of Nevada, Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting, and managing Resident Assessment Group (RUG) data transfers into the hospital PatCom system.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • RAC-CT Certification required
  • Previous experience with MDS coordination, RAI processes, and long-term care preferred
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Long term care experience
  • Quality assurance experience within healthcare
  • Revenue cycle management experience
