Responsibilities
Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring both patients for signs of complications, working closely under the supervision of experienced nursing staff, obstetricians and other healthcare providers
