About this role
Donalson Care Center is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing department in a Full Time Temporary 13 Week Contract position.

- State of Tennessee licensure (or eligible) as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred

Essential Functions

- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing intervention, and procedures as necessary for the care of the resident.
- Identify resident care problems and communicates them to RN.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care.
- Perform all responsibilities/duties required by the LPN position in the scope of service.
- Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
- Expected hours: No less than 36.0 per week
- Work Location: In person
