About this role
The HCA Nurse Residency Program at Las Palmas Medical Center is a year-long program designed to give hands-on experience to help establish clinical and critical thinking skills. The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care, assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering prescribed medications, and teaching patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans.

Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
- No previous experience needed
- Some travel may be needed for training
