Overview
* Professional Performance Development Group (PPDG) is seeking a *Registered Nurse (RN)* to support medical services at FMC Devens in Massachusetts. This position provides high-quality nursing care in a federal healthcare setting alongside physicians and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

- Provide ambulatory nursing care, evaluations, and treatments.
- Assist physicians and APPs with procedures.
- Administer medications and perform occasional venipuncture.
- Triage and assess patients, including emergency response when needed.
- Document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support mental health and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, asthma).
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted *Registered Nurse (RN)* license.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Proficient in EHR systems, documentation, and basic lab or diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Must not have had any negative employment terminations within the past 36 months.
