Responsibilities include: Conducting new client assessments and admissions (Start of Care)Developing, implementing, and updating individualized Plans of CarePerforming routine reassessments and nursing evaluationsAdministering injections and infusion therapyG-tube and tracheostomy careWound assessment and wound care managementMedication setup and medication managementProviding patient and family educationCollaborating with physicians, caregivers, and the care team to ensure exceptional client outcomesMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation What We're Looking ForStrong infusions skills requiredCurrent Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingExcellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently while managing your schedule effectivelyStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing is preferred but not requiredValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Why BrightStar Care?
