Registered Nurse RN, Part Time (Personal Care Services). Lawton/Duncan, OK and surrounding areas. Part-Time | Monday - Friday | No On-Call | No Weekends | No Holidays.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll contribute to our success by conducting start-of-care visits, supervisory visits, and client assessments, developing individualized plans of care, supervising homemakers/personal care aides/home health aides, monitoring patient conditions, educating caregivers/patients/families, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting caregiver orientations, evaluating home environments for safety, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting Elara Caring's mission.

- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state applying for
- CPR Certification required
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; Home Care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable State regulations preferred
