Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 - $30.00 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs. PLUS an additional $2.50
- Shift differential.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week 7pm - 7am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Requirements
