LPN or RN Full Time Nights $2.50 Shift Diff.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 - $30.00 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs. PLUS an additional $2.50

• Shift differential.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week 7pm - 7am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
