Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 4x10hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 17, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring orthopedic, robotics, and endovascular experience along with ACLS certification.
Details Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital with 10 ORs within a facility licensed for 330 beds 1:1 patient ratios Procedures include orthopedics, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and basic cranial/neuro cases Uses DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine microscope, and hysteroscopy pump Charts in Altera EMR 10-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM No floating required On-call responsibilities include end-of-shift short call (averaging about once per week) and Friday/Saturday overnight call (7p-7a, averaging 1-2 times every 6 weeks) Holiday coverage on a PRN basis Requirements Active RN license (NH or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration BLS and ACLS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Experience with orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, and urology required Neuro experience preferred, especially for call coverage support

Join a surgical team of 50+ staff including RNs, surgical techs, and unit assistants on day shift, with a dedicated call team overnight Scrubs are provided by the OR department Best fit for candidates who work hard and maintain a positive team attitude Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
