CNA Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff Take and document vital signs as assigned Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support Respond quickly and respectfully to resident call lights Maintain accurate documentation and care records Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
