Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ezra Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment for our staff. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. RN

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document health changes. Utilize NextGen electronic medical records to document patient care and track patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to implement care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. RN

Qualifications

Current RN license. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Proficiency with EMR systems Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. RN
