Serves as a clinical expert and a team lead for all clinical staff in the outpatient environment while communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others. Achieves desired patient outcomes using integrated approach. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in lifelong learning and providing direction and guidance to others regarding practice. Serves as a resource, preceptor and mentor to the outpatient team.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licensure
RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
Experience
3 years of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
Certification
BLS from the American Heart Association.
