Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure
Active, unencumbered Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certifications
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience
Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
Skills
