We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Team Manager RN to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success. If you’re a nursing leader who loves mentoring, coaching, and improving patient outcomes, we want you on our team!
What you’ll do
Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills.
Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Current certifications per department requirements.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
