Southern Health Partners is looking for a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Jackson County Jail in Georgia.

What You'll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide essential healthcare services to patients while helping maintain continuity of care throughout the facility.
Your responsibilities may include
Providing direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting Administering medications and treatments as ordered Completing patient assessments and monitoring changes in condition Responding to urgent and emergent healthcare needs Communicating patient needs and changes in condition to medical providers and the healthcare team Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Following established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures Supporting continuity of care and appropriate follow-up Providing professional, compassionate care in a safe and secure environment What You’ll Bring Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependability and sound clinical judgment A commitment to providing respectful, compassionate patient care Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required A Different Kind of Nursing Shift
