Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our longterm care facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long term care/sub-acute setting.

Duties

  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform patient assessments
  • Perform routine procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
  • Monitor patients' vital signs
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Create fun in what you do

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid LPN license in Kentucky
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care techniques
  • Experience in longterm care, medical-surgical, and triage settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
