Duties
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician
- Perform patient assessments
- Perform routine procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Monitor patients' vital signs
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

- Must hold a valid LPN license in Kentucky
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care techniques
- Experience in longterm care, medical-surgical, and triage settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
