We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team. If you're looking for a nursing role where you can truly get to know your patients while working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Love About This Position Consistent weekday schedule Afternoons free Meaningful patient relationships Supportive, mission-driven team Opportunity to make a difference every single day What You'll Do Administer methadone and buprenorphine Provide direct nursing care Perform EKGs and blood draws Collect urine drug screens Room patients and assist providers Complete electronic charting Follow up with patients as needed Assist with administrative duties Schedule Monday-Friday | 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Every other weekend | 5:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
