What We're Looking For This is a *full-time position* supporting *both our Carlsbad and Laguna Hills clinics*. We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused LVN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements * Active California LVN license in good standing * Available to work *Monday–Friday* * Willing and able to travel between our Carlsbad and Laguna Hills locations as scheduled * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Professional appearance and excellent communication skills * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Clinical Experience * Proficient in phlebotomy and confident performing blood draws independently * Experience administering intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SQ) injections * Comfortable obtaining vital signs, specimen collection, and CLIA-waived laboratory testing * Strong understanding of proper documentation and medical recordkeeping * Experience maintaining lab logs, quality control documentation, and compliance standards * Comfortable handling and documenting controlled substances according to clinic policies Preferred Experience * Men's Health * Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) * Peptide therapy * Weight loss programs * Functional or regenerative medicine * Wellness or concierge medicine * Membership-based healthcare * Med Spa or aesthetic experience (a plus) Technology * Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) * Comfortable learning multiple software systems, including scheduling platforms, CRM systems, pharmacy portals, and EMRs * Strong computer skills and attention to detail with documentation Patient Care Expectations * Deliver exceptional customer service during every patient interaction * Educate patients on medications, injections, and treatment plans * Build long-term relationships with patients * Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times * Support providers in delivering a seamless patient experience Team Expectations We are looking for someone who: * Takes ownership of their responsibilities without being asked * Is dependable and punctual * Communicates effectively with teammates and providers * Is willing to assist wherever needed, including occasional front office responsibilities * Maintains a positive attitude under pressure * Is coachable and committed to continuous learning * Contributes to a positive, collaborative workplace culture Bonus Qualifications * Experience with hormone optimization or men's health * Sales or patient consultation experience * Comfortable discussing treatment options and reinforcing provider recommendations * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus This Position Is Ideal For Someone Who: * Loves building relationships with patients * Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing team * Thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment * Takes initiative and is solutions-oriented * Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare company * Is passionate about helping patients improve their health and quality of life Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s): * This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday.
