Aesthetic Nurse (NP/PA) | Advanced Laser & Injectables

We are seeking an exceptional *Aesthetic Nurse* to join our high-end, patient-centric aesthetic practice as we continue to grow. Our ideal candidate brings both *technical expertise* and a *luxury service mindset*, with the ability to build lasting relationships and instill confidence in a discerning clientele. *Key Responsibilities: * * Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and artistry, including: * Broadband Light (BBL) * MOXI and HALO laser treatments * RF Microneedling * Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport) * Deliver comprehensive, consultative patient experiences with customized treatment plans * Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term aesthetic goals * Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and clinical excellence * Maintain meticulous documentation and follow-up care * Cultivate strong patient relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and referrals * Qualifications: * * Active NP, or PA license * Minimum *2+ years* of experience in medical aesthetics * Demonstrated expertise with BBL, MOXI, HALO, RF Microneedling, and neurotoxins * Advanced understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance * A refined aesthetic eye with a commitment to subtle, natural results * Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional presence *Preferred:* * Experience working in a luxury or boutique aesthetic environment * Established patient following * Strong interest in skincare and comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning * What We Offer: * * Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives * Access to industry-leading technologies and ongoing advanced training * A sophisticated, supportive, and collaborative team environment * The opportunity to grow within a premium, brand-driven practice Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Location: In person
