About this role
Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's CWH Cool Springs clinic. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no nights, weekends, or holidays. Key responsibilities include collaborating in establishing the plan of care, analyzing patient information to determine nursing diagnosis, evaluating patient progress towards goals, and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
