The Opportunity
As a Billet Health LVN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care directly in patients’ homes and assisted living communities. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate visits with your patients while receiving ongoing support from our RN Case Managers and Director of Nursing.
Average visit length: 45–60 minutes

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Visit patients in homes and assisted living communities
- Monitor patient health and recognize changes in condition
- Communicate patient updates with the clinical team
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatments and disease management
- Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current CPR or BLS certification
Current TB documentation
Skin test within the past year, or Chest X-ray within the past five years
