Schedule
3/4 Rotation | 12-Hour Night Shifts | EVO Weekend
Your Role
As an LPN or RN with SHP, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care in a structured, secure environment where your clinical skills make a real difference.
Provide quality patient care and monitor symptoms, responses, and progress
Complete assessments and recognize changes in patient condition
Administer medications according to nursing standards and SHP protocols
Implement treatment plans and provider orders
Respond to medical needs and emergencies with confidence
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
Practice within your State Scope of Practice and SHP clinical guidelines
