We are looking for LVNs in San Fernando Valley. Stable full time or part time shiftwork positions. New Grads Welcome – Training Provided. What you will do

This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs. You will assist the RN and / or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.

Who you are

Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
