Qualifications

  • BSN or higher degree in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
  • 1+ years of experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of new healthcare information technology
  • Analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement clinical decision support tools and other resources
  • Provide training and support to nurses and other clinical staff on the use of healthcare information technology
  • Participate in research projects to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare information technology
